As I persuse my copy of O'Reilly's SpamAssassin, I come across the best way to demonstrate to the end user exactly how much spam is being stopped by their mail gateway.
I give you
whitelist_to (lowers spam score by 6)
more_spam_to (lowers spam score by 20
all_spam_to (lowers spam score by 100)
Just the thing ...
